Return and Shipping Policy
Returns and Exchanges
- Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit and we do not accept refused orders or returns.
- All sales are final.
Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@avardiaskin.com so we can help! We will then review your damage claim and determine whether the item warrants replacement.
- We may require that multiple photos of the damaged item be sent to hello@avardiaskin.com.
- If your damaged item claim is approved, we will immediately mail you a replacement for the same item. You will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
- We may require you to ship the damaged item to us, in order to receive the replacement item. You will not be responsible for the cost of shipping the damaged item back to us. If we require the damaged item be sent to us, we will email you a shipping label.

Wrong Item Received
- We take great care to ensure you never receive the wrong item!

Shipping
Stolen Packages
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for a package that is delivered and subsequently stolen from the delivery address you provided when the order was originally placed.
Delivery Error
- Unfortunately, we are not responsible for the mail carrier failing to deliver a package to the address you provided when the order was originally placed. If a package is delivered to the wrong address, we recommend filing a claim with the mail carrier.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on orders over $75. The order value must meet or exceed $75, without including the cost of shipping in the order value.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- We will begin preparation of your order, as soon as your order is placed. We unfortunately do not have control over any delays caused by the mail carrier, once the package has been provided to the carrier.
