- Avardia Skin is only sold at avardiaskin.com. We do not authorize other online platforms to sell Avardia Skin and we currently do not wholesale our products to other platforms, companies or websites. For your safety, please be careful to avoid unregulated copycats.
Is Avardia Skin vegan? Do you test on animals?
- We are always 100% vegan and human test only.

The color of my serum looks different this time. Why?
- Don’t fret! Due to the use of natural ingredients, the color of the product may vary.
Can I track my package?
- Once we have fulfilled your order, we will promptly email you with a tracking number.
My order will not go through. Why?
- For customer security purposes, we always require the financial institution billing address to match the delivery address.
I put in the wrong shipping address. What do I do?
- Unfortunately, we are unable to update shipping addresses. Please be cautious when inputting and/or confirming your shipping address, as we are not responsible for packages shipping to the incorrect address that a customer originally approved at checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
- Please reach out to us at hello@avardiaskin.com to submit a request to cancel your order. We will make every attempt to cancel your order before it has been fulfilled but cannot guarantee your order will be cancelled.
Can I order if I live outside of the United States?
